I've planned holidays for couples, families of ten, groups of lads in Vegas, and solo travellers spending five weeks crossing Singapore, New Zealand, Australia and Bali. Every trip is different. Every trip gets the same care.

When you work with me, you get one person who knows your preferences, handles the logistics, and picks up the phone when something changes.

Why use a person instead of a website

Online booking sites are fine if your trip is simple. One flight, one hotel, one week, and nothing goes wrong.

But things go wrong. Strikes, cancellations, missed connections, hotels that look nothing like the photos. When that happens, an online booking platform sends you to a chatbot. I don't.

A few things that come with booking through me:

One point of contact. Flights, hotels, transfers and excursions all booked through one person. If anything shifts, you call me.
No booking fee. Suppliers pay me commission. The price you pay is the same as booking direct.
ABTA and ATOL protected. Your money is protected from day one. My ABTA number is P7384.
A real recommendation. Not the hotel with the biggest ad budget. The one that actually fits the trip.

When something does go sideways, you get a person on the end of the phone. Not a queue, not a help centre. Just me.

I'm based in Newport, South Wales. Most of my clients are here too, but plenty are scattered across the UK. The planning happens by phone, email or video call. You only meet me in person if you want to.

If you've never used a travel agent before, that's fine. Most of the work I do is for people who used to book online and got tired of it.

How it works

No. Suppliers pay me commission. The price you pay for the holiday is the same as if you booked direct. You get the planning, the support and someone to call when things change.

Anywhere I can reach a verified supplier, which is most of the world. Europe, USA, Caribbean, Asia, long-haul, short-haul, cruises, ski, multi-stop. If you can describe the trip, I can usually price it.

If something goes wrong with the supplier (airline collapse, tour operator going under, major disruption), your money is protected. ABTA covers package holidays not involving a flight. ATOL covers flight-inclusive packages. My ABTA number is P7384.

No. I'm based in Cardiff but I work with clients across the UK. Most of the planning happens by phone, email or video call.

For peak periods (summer, Christmas, half-term, Easter), the earlier the better. Six to nine months out for school holidays is sensible. For short breaks and last-minute trips, I can usually still find something good with a few weeks' notice.

I prefer to book the whole trip, because that's where the protection and the planning value sits. If you have a specific need, ask and I'll tell you whether I can help.
